What we collect
Contact details you provide through forms (name, phone, email), and aggregated statistics on how the site is used.
How we use it
To deliver the reports and services you request, respond to your enquiries, and improve the site. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared only with trusted partners delivering the service, where necessary and within the law.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@urbix.am.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses necessary and analytics cookies. The analytics are our own: they are stored in our own database and are not shared with ad networks or third parties. A visitor is given a random identifier (kept for up to 400 days) so that repeat visits are counted once; it is not linked to your name unless you fill in a form yourself. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
IP address and technical data
During a visit we record your IP address, your internet provider’s network number, your approximate location (country, region, city), your device and browser type, your screen size, and what you did on the site. We use this to understand how the site is working, to separate automated traffic and abuse from real visitors, and to improve the service. This data stays with us: we do not sell it and we do not pass it to ad networks. The IP address is deleted after 180 days; aggregated statistics such as country and city are kept for longer. You can ask for your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time by writing to hello@urbix.am.
