Property listings and market signals are scattered across many places — often duplicated, stale or inconsistent. We continuously gather them and reconcile everything into a single canonical record for each property.
Duplicates are detected and merged, so one apartment posted in five places is counted once — with every source's asking price kept side by side for comparison.
The whole picture is refreshed on a regular cycle, so what you see reflects the market as it is now, not months ago.
